By downloading or using mjGamer (“App”), you agree to accept all terms and conditions stated here.
Please read these terms carefully before using the App.

  • You will not extract source code or create duplicate versions of the App.

  • All trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property belong to MJ Tech Bharat(the Developer).

2️⃣ Changes & Updates

We may improve or change the App at any time.
We will always inform clearly if any feature becomes paid in future.

You must accept app updates when provided, otherwise some features may stop working.

3️⃣ Data Storage & Security

mjGamer stores necessary personal information to provide features like:

  • Rewards

  • Authentication

  • Security of accounts

You are responsible for keeping your phone and login secure.
We recommend not rooting or jailbreaking your device, as it may affect functionality and security.

The App uses third-party services which may have their own Terms & Conditions, such as:

5️⃣ Internet & Usage Charges

  • If you use mobile data, your carrier may charge fees.

We are not responsible for such charges.

  • We cannot be responsible if your device fails and app does not operate.

Rewards and points may depend on:

  • Network availability

  • Third-party tasks/offers

  • Fraud checks

If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected, account/earnings may be restricted.

We are not liable for any error or loss caused by third-party providers.

8️⃣ App Availability

  • Update the App

  • Add or remove features

  • Stop providing the App permanently or temporarily

In such cases, you must uninstall the App if instructed.

Your license to use the App ends automatically if these terms are violated.

Account Delete Request

  Account Deletion If you have created an account in our app (for example, by signing in using Firebase Authentication such as Google, Email, or Phone), you have the right to delete your account and all related data at any time. How to Delete Your Account You can request account deletion by following any of these methods: In-App Option (if available): Go to Settings → Delete Account , then confirm your request. Email Request: Send us an email at [your email — e.g., support.mjgamer@gmail.com ] with the subject "Delete My Account" , and include the email address or user ID associated with your account. After verifying your identity, we will permanently delete your account and all associated data (including login info, saved progress, and analytics data) from our servers within 7 to 30 days . Once your account is deleted: Your game progress and user data cannot be recovered. You will be signed out of all devices.
